Dog Duties
BBFC Dog Duties
Welcome to the 2026 BBFC Season! To run a successful program, we need your help. Dog Duties sign up will be released once the 2026 KVYFC Football Schedule is released to us.
What are Dog Duties?
"Dog Duties" are volunteer jobs or positions performed by the BBFC Membership families for every home game. Set-up, announcer, 50/50 raffle, time keeper, chain gang, admissions, merchandise, concessions, spotter, and clean-up are some examples. Dog Duties may also include fundraising help throughout the season.
Why do we have Dog Duties?
Dog Duties are required at BBFC home games because there are many roles (on field and off) that are necessary for running our home games successfully. All parents of football players and cheerleaders must perform their Dog Duties in order for the BBFC program to be a success. Dog Duties are fun and serve as an opportunity to meet and connect with other members of our BBFC family!
2026 Dog Duty Requirements:
- Each family is to complete 4 Dog Duties. Failure to complete the duties will result in you forfeiting the $475 Dog Duty check each family is required to provide at uniform handout.
- All volunteers must sign in upon arrival and perform the entire job to receive credit for their Dog Duty.
- The duty assignment is for the entire game (including delays)- please plan your schedule around this commitment.
- If you are contributing to game day in a way not listed in the Dog Duties sign up, you must email or call the Dog Duty coordinator to make us aware and so we may issue your credit.
- Any family member / friend may perform Dog Duties, so long as the volunteer is credited to the family's name at Dog Duty sign-in.
- Please be aware of the location of the Dog Duty assignment for which you sign up. We have games at multiple locations on the same date and time (example: Scranton and BHS).
