Cheer fees
OPTION 1 - PAY ONLINE IN FULL: Submit payment in full at the time of registration.
OPTION 2 - (2) INSTALLMENTS PAYMENT PLAN: Fees are divided into 2 equal payments with the first payment made at the time of registration and the balance automatically processed on April 15, 2026.
OPTION 3 - (3) INSTALLMENTS PAYMENT PLAN: Fees are divided into 3 equal payments with the first payment made at the time of registration, the second payment automatically processed on April 15, 2026, and the balance automatically processed on May 15, 2026.

- Full refunds until May 15th.
- 50% refund May 16th to June 15th.
- 25% refund June 16th until the day before practice.
- No Refunds: After the first day of practice, no refunds will be issued.
- Exceptions: Season-ending injuries may be considered for exceptions to this policy, subject to Board approval.
REfund policy
Color/division requests will not be accepted per KVYFC and LCACC Bylaws. New athletes with current siblings in the program will be assigned to the specific color/division of the sibling.
RETURNING ATHLETE INFORMATION
- Returning Athletes (Grades 4th - 8th):
- Returning athletes will be rostered in the same color division as last year into the team at that appropriate age level.
- Returning Athletes (Grade 3):
- Returning former instructional athletes who will be in 3rd grade for the 2026 season will be rostered to one of the freshman teams through a blind draft dictated by KVYFC & LCACC Bylaws.
- Returning Instructional Athletes (Grades 2):
- Returning athletes who will be in 2nd grade for the 2026 season will be rostered on a BBFC Instructional Team.
NEW ATHLETE INFORMATION
- New Instructional Athletes (Grades 1st - 2nd):
- New athletes who have been invited to participate based on availability will be rostered to a BBFC Instructional Team.
- New Athletes (Grades 3rd - 8th):
- New athletes who did not participate in the 2025 BBFC program who have been invited to participate based on availability will be rostered to a team at that appropriate age level by a blind draft dictated by KVYFC & LCACC Bylaws.
